Poor staff. Unkept rooms. Had to move from one room to another until we found one that was sufficiently clean. Over-all I was disappointed given that the price was comparable to other 4star/5star rated hotels. In short, it felt like a stay in a budget hotel (2stars) at expensive 5star rates.
Location is very accessible to almost everything (food , shops, spa), its situated around shopping malls of manila. The rooms were kept clean. The breakfast buffet was also great. I love the teceruma spa thats also located in the same building which can do some in-room spa service (so relaxing after a long walk).
There were just some instance wherein the security staff tend to look down on us especially during our first few days. We were just wearing comfy clothes typical shirt, shorts and slippers and they would give us "the look". Someone even asked my friends dad about our profile not knowing he was the dad ( I think the security guy thought he was our driver). Other than that the front desk people and the room service were amazing, very friendly, helpful and accomodating
It direct beside the Mega Mall! On the top of the building you have a nice view!
Its to expensive for that what you get! Very loud AC!
The staffs are very friendly especially the security guards who are very helpful, ever ready to get me a taxi everytime I need one.
It is quite expensive, but if you come for shopping then I would say its very convenient and probably worth staying. Housekeeping personnel should be properly inducted how to do their job. The young guy who was assigned to change the linens did'nt know how to change linens hygienically.
It's very bad hotel &staff they take from me extra money they said this the tax Break fast very bad I codent imagine dis 5 stare hotel. I reservation 4 suite it's very bad &A/C
The location is perfect for those who want take some weekend break & shop as well. Rooms are well maximized, modern-looking yet budget friendly. Lagoons are superb, my kids enjoyed the waters so much. Truely a good place to relax & enjoy for the whole family.
It would be better if floors are carpeted so that no footprints will leave the vinyl tiles causig it to look messy.
it is a new hostel and the room interior is so awesome
The location was nice, conveniently across the street from SM Megamall
The room we booked wasn't available, so we got upgraded. So far nice. The room we got upgraded to had a leaking aircon, so my bed got all wet. They told us we would be transferred after a day, which didn't happen until two days later. The new room had plumming that was clogged so flushing the toilet or taking a shower was not fun _at all_. I'm not a complainer normally, but for this price I'd expect a more decent place. Teh price advertised on Booked.net is actually 25% higher when you arrive as it excludes local taxes, service tax and a abunch of other stuff. We ended up paying 3500 PHP per night, where it was advertised for 2800+. Not impressed
I like the location of the hotel in the heart of Ortigas Center...near to the malls, mrt...the hotel staffs are accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and spacious.
Location. Near shopping mall
Not clean room, there are cockroaches, bad smell in the room ,dirty windows.
Location was excellent. Price was good. Internet connection speed was ok.
It is not a comfort hotel. SPA was not ok. The construction is still going. Inside the hotel the AC is not functioning. And there is only one elevator working. Sometimes you need to wait 5-6 minutes to go down. The elevator is like a bus, becasue there is only one in the hotel it stop at many floors.
Location is very good, next to subway and big sm Megamall shopping center. Also two roof top swimming pools. Rooms are spacious and include a kitchenette and microwave.
Had to wait long time for check in, untill 3 pm. Hotel is still being constructed, only two out of four elevators working which accounts for long waiting times during the day. Sometimes when you ask then to clean the room later, they forget and they do not replenish the toilet paper. At the swimming pool, no towels are provided. Also the breakfast is pretty boring, everyday the same limited buffet. When they suddenly changed the breakfast location, ths was badly explained. When we complained about this, they offered us acompensation but never received this. Also, a 2000 pesos deposit is required by them and advanced room payment. We also asked for late checkout, whch they agreed upon, but on the checkout date, they changed their minds so we had to leave earlier then agreed anyway. I believe there are better and cheaper hotels for this price and service.
Its near to mega Mall which I need
1- the cleaning it was not perfect 2- the break fast was so bad and not healthy and not clean 3- the front dick employee they must be moor welcoming to the gusts
Convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants/fast food. We were provided a studio mini suite on the penthouse floor (50) with great views. The suite and furnishings were new and clean. The bed was confortable and the bedding in fine condition. There was a mostly fully equipted kitchenette but we did not cook being a short stay and so close to great eateries. Plenty of storage spaces.
The BSA Twin Towers is not run like a regular hotel. The management operate like condo brokers and for that expect to pay an extra 10% above the listed price as their "service fee". The other quirk is that they want a 2000 PHP cash deposit that is returned at the end of your stay less any incidentals. This even if they have your credit card information. Since they have no restaurant except for the free breakfast, the only incidental I could think of is the phone. The suite had one noisy AC unit located near the foot of the bed. The sleep button did not do much to quiet it, At first glance the fixtures and decor make the suite seem elegant but a closer look reveals that they went cheap on many items.
The stay was very pleasant and was a great location.
Elevators were slow as they were used by staff and workers. They should have been using the service elevator. On late Saturday and Sundays the elevators worked well.
